Marietta Educational Garden Center Hosts 2014 Marietta High School Homecoming Court
The Marietta Educational Garden Center was honored to host The 2014 Marietta High School Homecoming Court for their formal photo shoot on Sunday, October 12th. Local photographer, Johnny Walker, executed the shoot with ease. Kibbie DeJarnett, Marietta High School’s faculty advisor to The Student Government and Homecoming Director was so pleased that The Garden Center welcomed the court and their families.
The Garden Center’s special events committee provided lovely fresh flowers and greenery throughout the house, creating a wonderful backdrop for the 10 Senior class girls and the 6 representatives from the junior, sophomore and freshman classes. Special thanks to garden club members Donya Morris, Carrie Kennedy and Dawn McEachern for helping make this a very special event.
