Fall is in the air and lots of exciting opportunities are coming up, and the the Flower Garden Club of Marietta has a great event for you, your spouse and friends.

FIRST, mark your calendar for Thursday, October 20, 2022 beginning at 9:00 am until 1:00 pm. Second, set your GPS for the Marietta Educational Garden Center, 505 Kennesaw Ave. Marietta, GA.  If you don’t use high tech, just pull out the old trusty phone and specific directions will be given by phoning this number 770 427 3494.

SO, upon your arrival you can enjoy sipping apple cider and a treat while shopping through the plants and garden art. Step up on the porch, there you can purchase arrangements (LIVE and DRIED) wreaths, assorted decorative articles, and other additional items. Wait! There is much more. Moving inside you will view the most delicious delicacies: CAKES, PIES, COOKIES, CANDIES, MARINATED CRACKERS and PRETEZLS, JAMS, and PICKLES. You just have to stop by and see what awaits YOU! Why do we need you to support our Fall Fund Raiser?  Our Garden Club helps support many State and local projects. We do a children’s work shop working with around 140 kindergartens at the Emily Lembeck School, Women’s Ministry, State Scholarship Fund for Students in Landscape Designs   Memorial for Deceased Club Members, Patron’s Fund, General Expenses, and State and Local Dues. Don’t forget our BIGGEST PROJECT, helping support the maintenance of OUR HOME where our meetings occur. A RENOVACATION WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY OF 2023. ALL GARDEN CLUBS WANT TO AND MUST ASSIST IN THE FINANCING OF THIS THE PROJECT. Due to our gorgeous historic home being over 100 years old, it is in great need of repairs. Will you please join with us in this fund raiser? We need YOU!
