There are tables and chairs for up to 80 people if used indoors. Tables & chairs for use outside, tents, linens, china, silverware, etc. must be provided by the renter.

No. You are free to use caterer of your choice or prepare the food yourself.

Alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Guests may park in the parking lot of Fair Oaks or across the street as directed by a security guard. There is no fee for parking.

For weddings, receptions and other full-day events, you will have access to the home and property from 7:30am to 11:00pm. 

Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:30 to 2:30. However, visits outside of regular business hours may be arranged by calling Fair Oaks.

Yes, but only from our preferred vendor, Unlimited Party Rentals.

You must contact the Administrator of Fair Oaks and pay half of the rental fee as well as a security deposit.
