How many people will Fair Oaks accommodate?
Up to 150 people indoors, or up to 250 for an indoor/outdoor event. Our banquet hall can seat 80 guests for a sit-down dinner.
What is the rental price and what is included?
See our Price page for rates. With rental of Fair Oaks, you have use of the house and the gardens. There are tables and chairs for 80 people that may be used indoors.
Are tables, chairs, and linens available for rental?
There are tables and chairs for up to 80 people if used indoors. Tables & chairs for use outside, tents, linens, china, silverware, etc. must be provided by the renter.
Do you require a particular caterer?
No. You are free to use caterer of your choice or prepare the food yourself.
What is the alcohol policy?
Alcohol is permitted on the premises.
Where can guests park and are there fees?
Guests may park in the parking lot of Fair Oaks or across the street as directed by a security guard. There is no fee for parking.
How long is my rental?
For weddings, receptions and other full-day events, you will have access to the home and property from 7:30am to 11:00pm.
When can I visit the site?
Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:30 to 2:30. However, visits outside of regular business hours may be arranged by calling Fair Oaks.
